Wanneer een boek een vervolg heeft, lees ik dat er eigenlijk altijd gelijk achteraan. Dan zit je tenminste nog lekker in het verhaal. En na The Rosie Project kwam The Rosie Effect, ook van Greame Simsion.
Ook bij dit boek heb ik meerdere malen hardop zitten lachen. De hoofdpersoon is ook zo ontzettend grappig. Dit boek heeft echter wel meer serieuze momenten erin. Ook momenten waarop je meeleeft met de hoofdpersoon. Ik kon me goed in de hoofdpersoon, die overigens Don heet, inleven en begreep hem ook best wel.
Voor dit boek geldt, net als voor bijna alle boeken die ik tot nu toe gelezen heb: je moet het lezen!
Waar gaat The Rosie Effect over? Spoiler alert! Niet lezen als je het vorige deel nog niet gelezen hebt, dat is natuurlijk niet leuk.
